Liked the superior double room with a nice sofa, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff were fairly friendly all the time. The setting was stunning, close enough to the Wye valley and surrounding Dales, the centre of the village and a pub that served food. Fast food restaurant Corner Chippy was located 5 minutes walk away.

The units are a decent size once in bed. The location is particularly good and perfect as it's very close to the village centre, the Wye valley and surrounding Dales, and decorating the pub.

Had comfortable stay for that money value and the weather was lovely. The location was amazing next visiting the area. And it was also just off other areas to explore, the pub in the evening and a lovely bakery and a fab sandwich shop.

Thanks very much for the such great stay for that money value. The standard triple room is huge with sofa, clean linen, 4 poster bed. The location is marvellous and brilliant and close to the Wye valley and surrounding Dales as well as the restaurant. A 5-minute walk will take you to Corner Chippy, where you can eat.

I asked for superior queen room and it was tidy. Coffee and a carpet were great.

Appreciated our stay, had nice 1 day overall. We had the superior double room provided with a double bed, clean linen, for example. The property was in the heart of the city. The English bar was available on the premises. Nice place to stay in Buxton, if compared to other hotels.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.
